Think of this as your wedding day Personal assistant:
 
  • We offer Basic Day of Coordination packages (Just to Make sure your day goes smoothly),
 
  • Your  Coordiator will attend your Rehearsal, Coordinate your Ceremony, and Work with your Vendors to make sure your day is Perfect. :)
 
  • TIP: Our Wedding Coordinators can also Help you with your designs and the set up of your centerpieces. 

 

These Services are Complimentary!
  • Design Consultation: Meet with our design coordinators 3-6 months before your event to go over your vision. Whether you need help with your design or just need someone to put it into action..We've got your back!

  • Layout Meeting/Consultation: 3-4 Weeks before the Event, (once you have all of your RSVPS and Vendors), we will meet with you to build you a 100% customized layout

NOT just BARtenders...STARtenders
 
  • Our All-Star cast of  "STAR-tenders" are here to both entertain your guests and make sure that everything goes smoothly.
 
  • Tip: Our STAR-tenders also offer alcohol consultation (referrals for where to buy, how much to buy, etc) as well as Custom Drink design!
 
  • NOTE: Use of our recommended Vendors is ENTIRLY OPTIONAL. Its YOUR day after all!

TONS OF COMPLIMENTARY ON SITE PARKING!
 
 
  • This may not be one of our cooler amenities, but it is SUPER important to the logistics of your day and the happiness of your guests!
  • The Pavilion sits on over 4 acres of land, boasting over 200 parking spots. 
 
  • *ALSO: Our Building is 100% handicap accessible,( including indoor ramp), AND the whole building is one level. This means that any elderly, disabled, or injured guests will have an easy time attending and enjoying your event! :)

 

Open Vendor Policy
 
Its YOUR Day.
You can use whatever Vendors you like!
 
  • We have Recommendations of people that we think are Fabulous, but ultimatley, you can select whatever Bartender,Florist, etc that Floats your Boat. :) 
 
ALCOHOL POLICY: 
 You Can Provide Your Own Alcohol!
  • We provide the Bartender, but we do NOT require you to buy expensive alcohol packages and there are no minimums.
 
  • NEED HELP GETTING STARTED? 
   Ask us about our Preferred Vendors list!
It's the Extra details that make an Event Special
 
  • Specialty Linens,Overlays, Runners, Chair Sashes in a Zillion colors, , Custom Backdrops, Centerpiece design and assembly, Specialty Uplighting in over 75 colors, pipe and drape, and Custom GOBOS, just to name a few.
 
  • We provide some standard centerpieces if you would like to use ours (or elements of ours to save a couple bucks), or you are welcome to bring in your own. 
 
  • NOTE: We can go over all of this in your COMPLIMENTARY design meeting. Whether you are all about the DIY, or would like some help with your vision, we've got you covered.
